Wellness Centre

At the Wellness Centre, Wellness Peer Educators are trained student volunteers who can answer your questions, talk with you, and recommend resources for everyday concerns related to health, relationships, and workload.

If you’re a student leader interested in partnering on wellness workshops, events, and more, email the Wellness Centre. Ask to speak with a Health Promotion Specialist, a staff member who oversees the Wellness Centre.

Things to do at the Wellness Centre:

  •     Talk to trained students about your health questions
  •     Talk to a nurse about any health concern during Nurse on Campus hours
  •     Find out about health-related resources on and off campus
  •     Buy safer sex products, including condoms and lubricants, at cost (cash only)
  •     Join workshops, events, and other activities to develop skills and strategies for wellness

Graduate Wellness Peers Drop-In

Visit the Wellness Centre (room 1400, Life Bldg) to talk with a graduate wellness peer about stress, sexual health, eating well, and more.  Current drop-in hours are Monday 11 - 1 and 4-5, Tuesday 10 - 11, Wednesday 11-1 and Thursday 12 - 1. Hours are subject to change.  The Wellness Centre is open Mon - Fri 10 - 5 PM and Tuesday 10 - 4 PM.
