I work on the Canadian Galactic Emission Mapper (CGEM) experiment, supporting it through commissioning, first light and the beginning of its primary science operations.

The CGEM experiment focuses on the use of a custom-designed 8-10 GHz radio telescope to create high signal-to-noise maps of the polarised northern sky. These maps may be used in collaboration with higher frequency measurements to search for primordial B-modes, which (if detected) would provide strong evidence for inflation. Furthermore, the legacy value of the maps produced as part of the CGEM experiment is enormous - especially within CMB foreground research, where single-dish total-power surveys are crucial for understanding the large-scale structure and content of the Milky Way.

I also continue to work with the CO Mapping Array Pathfinder (COMAP) Galactic plane survey from my PhD in Manchester, UK.
