As part of our ongoing development as learner coaches, we are required to engage in 30-minute career coaching conversations. These mutually beneficial one-to-one coaching conversations, exclusive to graduate students or postdoctoral fellows, offer you a safe and confidential space to explore a concern or challenge you are experiencing and to work with you towards defining actionable goals for yourself, all while helping us enhance our coaching skills. |
