Graduate students Dwayne Tucker and Negar Khodarahmi, in partnership with Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (G+PS) have formed an initiative focusing on the complexities and gaps in mentorship of racialized graduate students.
The initiative, inspired by Dwayne's Op-Ed, is conducting a survey and focus groups to hear about the experiences of racialized students. The initiative is also hoping to have a forum in the spring that includes graduate students, mentors and experts, discussing issues related to ethnic/racial diversity at UBC.

If you are a racialized graduate student, we encourage you to take this survey and have your experiences heard and acknowledged.
