This is a two-day interactive in-person learning experience, designed, and delivered by industry experts. Applying the Project Management Institute’s latest guidelines (PMBOK® Guide 7), as well as drawing from Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and real-world leadership expertise, you’ll leave with a depth of professional abilities to design, control, collaborate, and better lead projects.

Course Requirements:

  • 2 full-day commitment
  • A computer is required for this course, with software compatible with Excel, Macros, MS Word, and PDF’s.

Facilitator

Rose Hastreiter, PMP is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over two decades of experience leading projects and organizational advisory, Rose has personally instructed more than 25,000 adults in various professional development arenas. She helps organizations strengthen project ecosystems via human-centric and principle-based approaches.
