For your dissertation to be transmitted to your External Examiner, the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies requires an electronic version of your dissertation (PDF) sent by email to: graduate.doctoral@ubc.ca and a signed, completed Graduate Program Approval Memo. See template.
You may need to submit a bound paper copy of your dissertation; we will let you know if a paper copy is required.
