CGRS M: Understanding Competition Details & Application Procedures

This webinar will provide a detailed overview of the upcoming graduate award competition for the Canada Graduate Research Scholarship - Masters (CGRS M). It will review the eligibility criteria, competition details, and application procedures. There will be time for Q/A after the presentation. Feel free to submit your questions when registering.

Who should attend?

To be eligible for CGRS M, one must be

• be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada or a Protected Person under subsection 95(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (Canada) as of the application deadline date, and
• be enrolled in, have applied for or will apply for full-time admission to an eligible graduate program at the master’s or doctoral level that can be started within the eligible dates of the competition year at a Canadian institution with a CGRS M allocation.

Brendan Morey is the Assistant Dean, Student Administration and Awards, in the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies, with many years of experience overseeing scholarship competitions and collaborating with funding agencies across Canada.
