Academic Progress, Grading Practices & Low Scholarship

Your progress will be reviewed regularly by your home program, and at least once a year (usually in June) by your program and the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies. If progress has not been satisfactory as shown by coursework, the comprehensive examination, advancement to candidacy (doctoral students only), progress on the thesis/ dissertation, or other requirements of the graduate program or Faculty, you may be required to withdraw from your program.
