Applicants for the Affiliated Fellowships competition whose research area is in Health Sciences complete this application form.
Students who are eligible for CIHR CGS-Master's Scholarships, and are submitting their CIHR application through UBC, should fill out the CIHR CGS-Master's application form instead. Such CIHR applicants will automatically be considered for the Affiliated Fellowships.
