These services are designed to provide admitted students with resources and real-time guidance as they work through their study permit application process.

Prior to submitting a study permit application

While preparing and reviewing documents
- Assistance in gathering required documents such as the Letter of Acceptance, proof of financial support, and statement of purpose / study plan.
- A review of application forms for accuracy and completeness.
- Guidance on securing medical exams, police clearances, or biometric appointments, if required.
While submitting the study permit application
- Setting up an IRCC account.
- Submitting forms and tracking the study permit application.
- Understanding country-specific study permit processing guidelines.
- Demonstrating sufficient funds to meet IRCC requirements.
- Preparing bank statements, sponsor letters, and Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) applications.
After the study permit application submission
