Can I choose which Congregation I attend – November or May?

No. You will be assigned to the next available Congregation. This is the same as it was before.

If I apply for graduation and miss the deadline for completing my program requirements, do I have to apply again?

Yes. You will need to apply again at the next available opportunity for the next degree awarding and Congregation.

What will appear on my transcript – the date my degree is awarded, or the date my degree is conferred (May or November)?

The date your degree is conferred will be recorded on your transcript.

Will my parchment look any different?

No. There will be no changes to parchments.

If I miss the deadline for applying for graduation online, can I fill out a paper application for graduation?

No. Enrolment Services will no longer be accepting any late applications for graduation. You will need to apply again at the next available opportunity for the next degree awarding and Congregation.

Is there a cost for having my degree awarded before the Congregation ceremony?

No. There is no additional cost to students or programs because of Rolling Graduation.
