Positions in the Master of Laws in Taxation Program

The graduate programs at the Peter A. Allard School of Law, University of British Columbia is currently recruiting LL.M. in Taxation students for July 2023.  The LLM Tax program is a flexible course-based professional master’s program that provides lawyers and accountants with in-depth practical knowledge and technical expertise in tax law.

The LLM Tax program begins in July with the Fundamental Concepts of Taxation where students grasp the knowledge of Tax law and practice in Canada, before taking further elective courses at the Allard School of Law through the winter session.  Students can earn their Master of Laws in Taxation degree in 1 year through full time studies, or 2 years of part time study.
