Amidst changing demands for equity and justice, it’s essential for us to step into our courage and transform power within ourselves, our relationships, and the teams and organizations we a part of.
In this workshop, the focus is to deepen your awareness of the interplay between yourself and others, both at the personal and social level. You will explore the different types of power available to you, identify your unique power print and explore how you can shift your experience.
This workshop uses practical, interactive, and experiential approaches along with self-reflection and small group discussions to explore the implications of different types of power
Learning Objectives:
- Identify the contexts in which you have power and privilege, and where you don’t
- Learn more about your unique power print
- Explore and apply different types of power
