Cover Letters can be one of the most confusing elements of a job application package. This workshop will help you understand the purpose a cover letter serves, and strategies for using this document to highlight your accomplishments and motivations. The live session will include opportunities for Q&A.

Facilitator:

Danielle Barkley, PhD, is a Career Educator who works with the Centre for Student Involvement and Careers to support graduate students at UBC. She completed her PhD in English literature at McGill University and has previous experience as a university instructor and writing consultant.
