Life as a graduate student can be stressful, and stress can impact your ability to feel good and achieve success. This workshop teaches the skills you need to balance your academic achievements with physical and mental wellness. You will learn tips and tricks to manage stress, time, and wellbeing as a graduate student.
By the end of this training, you will be able to:
- Apply proactive strategies to improve your sleep, stress management, time management, and mindfulness.
- Identify the key on and off-campus resources that provide assistance in developing skills and reaching goals in the above areas

Registration opens on Monday, October 23 at 9:00am.
