This workshop is designed to help you identify where you currently spend your time and how you would like to better manage your time. You will learn effective time management strategies that can be personalized to fit your values, priorities, and lifestyle in order to reduce stress and achieve success.
By the end of this training, you will be able to:
- Understand the significance of balance and wellbeing
- Develop personalized and effective time management strategies
- Apply strategies to improve your wellbeing as part of your lifestyle
This session is presented by professional staff and graduate student leaders from the Health Promotion & Education unit. These staff and peer leaders bring a range of health and wellness knowledge, and experience supporting undergraduate and graduate student wellbeing.
Registration opens on Monday, September 18 at 9:00am.
