NSERC FORM 1 Payment Activation Form PART II
NSERC recipients must fill out NSERC FORM 1 Payment Activation Form PART II and send it to NSERC in order to activate their fellowships. NSERC recipients must also provide The Faculty of Graduate Studies with a copy of this form.
Important note: students need not fill out Part I of this form, since they must complete the External Graduate Award Activation Form.
