- Nomination Cover Sheet (mail-merge version) - for the mail-merge savvy, the Nomination Cover Sheet and Nomination Data Sheet are set up in a way that makes it possible to use the mail merge option in Microsoft Word to generate cover sheets for each nominee's application file. Large programs might find the mail merge version of the Nomination Cover Sheet useful. You will need to set up your nomination data sheet as a data source for the mail merge file
