Graduate Studies forwards all inquiries directly to the appropriate graduate program for reply. Undefined or general inquiries about graduate programs will be responded to by the Faculty of Graduate Studies in the form of a generic information package outlining basic information on opportunities for graduate study at UBC.

All e-mail inquiries received by the Faculty of Graduate Studies general admissions address will receive an immediate automated reply outlining general application and admission information before being forwarded to the relevant graduate program for a detailed reply. Graduate programs should respond as expeditiously as possible to inquiries.
