Any candidate wishing to make a recording, either video or audio, or to have an examiner participate via videoconference or teleconference, must have the request approved by the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies.  Please email your request to Jacqueline Webb at least one week prior to the Final Doctoral Examination (with supporting evidence that all members of the Examination Committee have agreed to the recording).

Please note:

• The Chair has the right to discontinue the recording if it is interfering with the proper conduct of the Examination.
• Only the presentation portion can be recorded.
