When you submit the final copy of your thesis, you must sign the UBC Thesis Licence Agreement confirming that if you have copyrighted material in your thesis, it either complies with the "fair dealing" provisions of the Canada Copyright Act, or you have obtained permission to use it.

Please retain the original permission forms or letters for your records in case of a challenge.
