The Rabin Scholarship Fund For the Advancement of Peace and Tolerance is open to Canadian citizens who are enrolled in an accredited doctoral or post doctoral program focusing on areas relating to the pursuit of peace and/or to the enhancement of peaceful forms of social life. This scholarship provides a study opportunity to spend one academic year in Israel at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem,  to have dialogue and interaction with Israeli students - Jewish and Arab - involved in similar academic pursuits. Recipients must complete a research essay or project, and are expected to speak in Canada upon their return.
