Marie Curie International Incoming Fellowship

Quick Facts

The EU Marie Curie People program is designed to help create long-term collaborations and mutually beneficial cooperation between Europe and Canada. Incoming and Outgoing opportunities might be of interest to Post-doctoral Fellows, recent PhD graduates, or PhD students nearing program completion.
The goal of the Marie Curie International Incoming Fellowships is to attract top-class experienced researchers (PhD or 4 years of full-time research experience) from third countries like Canada to work and undertake research in Europe for one to two years. The research project should be of strong interest for the European Research Areas and help create long-term, mutually beneficial cooperations between Europe and Canada.
The Marie Curie International Outgoing Fellowships for Career Development enable European experienced researchers (PhD or 4 years research experience) to have the opportunity to be trained & acquire new knowledge in a third country (e.g. Canada) high-level research organization. Funding is provided for advanced training & trans-national mobility for European nationals. Experienced researchers applying to this action need to identify and develop a research training project that will provide the means to reach professional maturity and independence and to add different/complementary scientific competencies to their careers.
