The Cardiovascular Outcomes Research Fellowship's main objectives are to provide an opportunity to attract and support talented researchers conducting cardiovascular outcomes research, and to increase the use of Cardiac Services BC (CSBC) Registry data. Possible topics include prevention, access to care, treatment effectiveness, policy interventions, etc. The duration of the proposed research should be a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years. Strong preference will be given to candidates most likely to develop independent research careers based in BC.

Eligible applicants must have completed a university-based clinical sub-specialty training or PhD (or equivalent) program less than three years ago by the Funding Start Date (October 1, 2010).
