Signature Verification Forms

Graduate Studies needs to have samples of the signatures of Graduate Advisors and program staff who have signing authority. The forms for new signatures are available on the website at Faculty & Staff/Admin Resources & Templates/Signature Verification Forms. Please download as needed and return the signed forms to FoGS to let us know about changes to your signing authorities.

Students Updating Own Information

Please encourage your students to update their own information, particularly contact information. They can do this using SSC, the Student Services Centre.

Updating Program Contacts

Please advise FoGS whenever there is a change of graduate advisor or secretary in your program or department. Contact max.read@ubc.ca.
